What is Covered:

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship. If it breaks send it back and we will replace it. Any problem that is not caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as a flood) will be covered. VacuPractor is built to last, and we stand behind it.

How Long Coverage Lasts This warranty runs for the life of the purchaser.

What is not covered:

This warranty does not cover scratches, slight fading or discoloration caused by exposure to sunlight or chemicals such as ammonia, laundry detergent, or household bleach. Commercial use is not covered. Send us a broken one we will take care of you by replacing it with a new one quickly.

What VacuPractor Will Do:

VacuPractor will repair or replace any VacuPractor that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. VacuPractor will also repair or replace any VacuPractor that fails for any reason.

How To Get Service Contact VacuPractor Customer Service. A service representative will take the necessary action to correct problems covered by this warranty. Getting nowhere with customer service? Send the founders an email and they will replace the service representative AND the VacuPractor.

How State Law Applies

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
