What is Covered:
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship. If it breaks send it back and we will replace it. Any problem that is not caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as a flood) will be covered. VacuPractor is built to last, and we stand behind it.
How Long Coverage Lasts This warranty runs for the life of the purchaser.
What is not covered:
This warranty does not cover scratches, slight fading or discoloration caused by exposure to sunlight or chemicals such as ammonia, laundry detergent, or household bleach. Commercial use is not covered. Send us a broken one we will take care of you by replacing it with a new one quickly.
What VacuPractor Will Do:
VacuPractor will repair or replace any VacuPractor that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. VacuPractor will also repair or replace any VacuPractor that fails for any reason.
How To Get Service Contact VacuPractor Customer Service. A service representative will take the necessary action to correct problems covered by this warranty. Getting nowhere with customer service? Send the founders an email and they will replace the service representative AND the VacuPractor.
How State Law Applies
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

After 3 days his pain was relieved!

My husband broke his back in the mid 80′s as the result of a car accident. The break went undiagnosed until late 2010. Chiropractic helped, but he was still in pain between visits. He was unable to sit or stand for any reasonable length of time without experiencing back pain. Sleeping was even difficult, because he could not get comfortable. After three days of using the VacuPractor his pain was relieved! Thank you VacuPractor!

I wanted to write to you to tell you how impressed I am with the VacuPractor product. As an aging Baby Boomer, I try to stay in shape with an exercise program that mixes walking, hiking, and bike riding. All of which cause compression of my spine and subsequent lower back pain.
After ordering my Vacupractor, I decided to try your ‘spinal hygiene’ concept, so when I finish my exercise routine (I am warm and sweaty, which gives me great contact on the device), I use the product for 10 to 15 minutes to relieve the lower back tension built up from exercising.
It is remarkable how well the Vacupractor works. I am amazed how a simple $60 device works to relive lower back pain. Consider me a very happy customer. Feel free to use my experience as a testimonial for this great product.

Immediate pain relief

I have lower back pain and sciatica that occasionally is quite uncomfortable. After receiving my Vacupractor, it took a little experimentation to achieve the maximum benefit. I fill the tub with a little hot water and soak the Vacupractor in it to get it warm before I use it, then sprinkle warm water on it to achieve the vacuum required.
Usually my back pain is worst in the afternoon. Several times a week I use the Vacupractor for 20 minutes and it really works. When I am laying on the Vacupractor, I get so comfortable that I often fall asleep. It’s a relief to know that if I start to hurt, I can lay on the Vacupractor and get immediate pain relief.
Yes, it takes a little effort to get it ready to use, but the results are worth it!

“Just a note to let you know that I have used the [Vacupractor] twice now. Both times it was right after I got home from work, and both times I have slept through the entire night (an unusual thing for me) and got up without the normal creaking, grinding and pain! I am going to continue to use it!.. Plus my [son] felt better after one use! ”

I never have back pain, but I twisted or lifted wrong the other day, and I decided to try the VacuPractor on a recommendation from a friend. It worked! Shortly after I used it, I felt better already. I had some slight pain in my lower back the next morning, so I used the VacuPractor again. In two days, my lower back pain was gone. … Before, it would have taken me a week of sore muscles and pain to recover from a a physically-demanding chore that I did. But with the VacuPractor, my pain is gone in a quick session of using it. …Three times this month that the VacuPractor has saved me from lower back pain. I, for one, will definitely keep my hands on the VacuPractor to use whenever I overstretch or overdo it on any activities. I am a believer and want to spread the word to all my friends and family.

Having used the VacuPractor has helped me sleep without the searing pain that used to run down both my outer thighs from hip to knee. This pain would start about two hours after going to sleep. Then I would be awake the rest of the night. Also my lower back and across my hips would tighten up so I couldn’t sleep on my sides at all. Since using the VacuPractor, I am able to sleep on my sides without pain. I find myself doing more things during the day, like watering my plants, cleaning the house, swimming class, and knowing if I hurt I can use the VacuPractor and get right back to my life. I have told others about the VacuPractor, and they are all going to order one. Thank you for telling me about the VacuPractor. It has helped me very much.

Each time I have used the VacuPractor I have gotten instant relief. I would never be without the VacuPractor and recommend anyone with stiffness, soreness and lower back pain give the VacuPractor a try.

I work on my computer all day and have been living with a dull ache in my lower back for a very long time. I tried the Vacupractor and saw an immediate improvement! Now, I rarely have to use it, but when my back gets sore I know the vacupractor will make me feel better.
