I use the vp (VacuPractor) in the morning, after my shower, to alleviate my lower back pain, which is caused from my bike riding. The vp (VacuPractor), takes my pain away, almost instantly.

Lift insert in my show no longer needed!

No Residual Backache Pain!

Hey Paul, just wanted to let you know I've been using the VacuPractor this summer after spending many back straining 'gardening hours'. Taking the VP into the shower with me, where it gets warm & wet, I use it immediately after showering for about 10 mins. I've not had ANY residual backache the next day. I'm definitely sold on this product!! Thanks for introducing it to us.

After a car accident in 1992, I started to suffer from neck and back pain. I hit the windshield head on, as I was not wearing my seatbelt. I have had pain off and on but as time has passed, the pain seems to progress with varying intensity. I started using VacuPractor recently and have noticed a change in the level of pain. I spent many years with these problems, so I assume it will take some time to alleviate the pain (to which I have become accustomed). After a hot shower I usually find a quiet place on the floor and rest. Seems that this is the only thing that has worked after all these years, considering I DO NOT like to take pain medication…Thank you! I am in the process of spreading the word…

I received mine last Friday and for 3 days now have woken up without any back pain! Seriously! They have a 90 day return policy and I’ve already thrown the box away. I do 5 minutes each morning and 5 before bed. Probably will decrease to once a day and then probably once a week.

My husband broke his back in the mid 80′s as the result of a car accident. The break went undiagnosed until late 2010. Chiropractic helped, but he was still in pain between visits. He was unable to sit or stand for any reasonable length of time without experiencing back pain. Sleeping was even difficult, because he could not get comfortable.
